Well... no more wisdom TEETH that is.
I had two of my wisdom teeth removed 8 years ago and it was such a bad experience I never went back for the other two. Until today. I've got a great dentist now and finally got the gumption to get it done.
So, after nearly 2 hours of pulling... I have no more wisdom teeth. I do have a very swollen face and a very spaced out brain (good ol' Vicodin). I'm actually hoping that this post is even coherent. :-)
The good news is that now (well, when my mouth heals) I'm ready for Invisalign! I'm going to get my teeth re-straightened and I'm very excited.
OK, back to my ice pack.

I'm sad that I wasn't there to drive you home afterwards. You did such a good job with me that I would have loved to have retuned the favor (and maybe get a good story to tell on you as a counter story to mine). Well, recover quickly!
I have happy memories of getting my wisdom teeth out. I was approached by a drug company that was doing testing on a new painkiller. They asked if I would use their drug for my pain and all I had to do was chill in their clinic for 6 hours for observation while I watched Star Wars and ate delicious things that don't require chewing such as mashed potatoes, jello and ice cream. It was truly a glorious day. When it was all over I went home, watched more Star Wars and ate more delicious things that didn't require chewing.
