Down on the Gingerbread Farm

We have a fun family tradition (going back to my childhood family) of making gingerbread houses (and other things) at Christmas. This year, my kids and I decided to make a gingerbread farm.

My son made the cow looking out the window out of fondant (all the animals are fondant.)

There's a cow, sheep, duck, penguin, polar bear, and giraffe on this farm!

Merry Christmas Eve everyone!!

It makes me hungry just to look at your wonderful creation. I've always enjoyed seeing pictures of your families gingerbread creations in the past. You and the kids did an awesome job on your gingerbread farm.

I love the cow! That is great. I remember the year that Kevin, Meg and I made a farm. I was in charge of the red frosting that was to be made to look like wooden slats. We had so much fun. I am glad the the tradition has been carried on!
