Cheater Cookies

I'm all for making cookies from scratch. But I'm not against a great shortcut either!

I found a recipe for FAST cookies and tried them out. They're GOOD!

All you do is take:

1 Cake Mix (any flavor)
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs

Mix together, drop on ungreased cookie sheet, bake in 350 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.

Voila! Instant cookies!

I did this with a lemon cake mix and they were amazing. I'm going to try it with a chocolate cake mix next time.
